Terms of Service

Last updated September 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of UIpick, operated by SIA NXM, Riga, Latvia, LV-1048 ("UIpick", "we", "us"). UIpick is a marketplace for digital design assets: you can buy assets one at a time, subscribe to a membership for library-wide download access, or apply to sell your own work as an author. By creating an account, buying, subscribing or selling, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use UIpick.

Our License Terms set out what you can do with assets you download, and our Privacy Policy covers what we do with your data. Both form part of these terms.

1.Licensing & Usage

Every asset on UIpick is sold under a license, not transferred in ownership. Buying an asset, or downloading it on a membership, gives you the right to use it under the license shown on its product page — by default the Personal & Commercial license, and on some listings an Extended license sold separately.

1.1 What counts as an end product

An end product is a finished piece of work that adds meaningful value of your own on top of the asset — not a repackaged version of the asset itself.

You can

  • Websites, apps and software where the asset is built into the design
  • Marketing work: presentations, social posts, video, ads
  • Printed and physical goods — posters, packaging, merchandise
  • Client projects where the asset is part of a larger design you deliver

You can't

  • A UI kit, theme or template whose buyers can pull the original asset back out
  • A component pack or asset library that competes with UIpick
  • The asset on its own, modified or not, offered for download or sale

For example: using icons from a UIpick asset inside an app you design is fine. Collecting those same icons into an icon pack and selling it is redistribution, and isn't.

1.2 What you can and can't do

You can

  • Build an unlimited number of end products, for yourself or for clients
  • Modify assets, and combine them with other work, to fit your project
  • Hand the finished project to a client, including projects you charge for
  • Keep using assets you downloaded during a membership after it ends, in end products you already built

You can't

  • Resell, re-upload or share the asset files themselves, modified or not
  • Use assets to make templates, themes, UI kits or component libraries for sale
  • Pass on premium or third-party fonts inside a downloadable product — your users need their own font licenses
  • Post assets to other marketplaces, file-sharing sites, private channels or bots

1.3 Resale and redistribution

Uploading UIpick assets to another marketplace, distributing them through private channels or third-party services, or presenting them as your own work is a breach of these terms. It can cost you your account, without refund, and we enforce it.

2.Author Terms

These terms apply to you if you sell on UIpick. Author applications and asset submissions are reviewed before they go live, and we can decline or remove either — we'll tell you why.

2.1 Payments and earnings

  • Individual sales. You receive 70% of the sale price; UIpick keeps 30%.
  • Membership downloads. When a member downloads your asset as part of their plan rather than buying it, you receive 2% of the asset's listed price and UIpick keeps 98% — the member has already paid UIpick directly for library-wide access.
  • Payouts. Monthly, through Stripe Connect, to the account you connect during author onboarding, once your balance reaches at least $100. Anything below that carries over to the next month.
  • Verification. Stripe's identity checks have to be complete before any payout is released.
  • Holds. We can hold a payout while we investigate suspected fraud, a rights dispute, or a breach of these terms.
  • Taxes. Reporting and paying tax on your earnings is yours to handle.

2.2 Author responsibilities

You can

  • Keep full copyright in everything you make
  • Sell the same work on other marketplaces, unless you've agreed exclusivity with us
  • Withdraw your products from sale at any time — existing buyers keep their license
  • Set your own prices, within the ranges the submission form allows

You can't

  • Submit work you don't own or don't have the rights to sell
  • Upload another author's work, in whole or in part
  • List work agreed as UIpick-exclusive on another marketplace
  • Give false identity, tax or payout details

Accounts that break these rules can be suspended or removed, and pending balances withheld where the breach involves fraud or infringement.

3.Membership Plans

A membership gives you download access to the whole library, up to a daily limit that depends on your plan. Current prices are on the pricing page.

PlanDownloads per dayBilling
Pro10Monthly or yearly, renews automatically
Pro+30Monthly or yearly, renews automatically
Lifetime40One-time payment, no renewal
  • Download limits reset at midnight UTC. Unused downloads don't roll over.
  • A membership is for one person. Sharing an account, or its downloads, isn't allowed.
  • Assets you downloaded during an active membership stay licensed to you after it ends — you just can't download more.
  • Pro and Pro+ can be cancelled at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • We may add or change what a plan includes. If a change materially reduces what you're paying for, we'll tell you before it takes effect.

4.Payments, Refunds & Taxes

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • VAT is calculated and collected by Stripe at checkout from the billing address you enter, and the exact amount is shown before you pay.
  • Prices can change at any time. A change never affects a purchase you've already made, and for a subscription it applies from the next renewal.

4.1 Individual purchases

Digital goods are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is broken, incomplete, or doesn't match what its listing describes, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund it.

4.2 Memberships

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a renewal caught you out, we'll refund it when both of these are true:

  • You contact us within 7 days of the renewal date, and
  • You haven't downloaded anything since the renewal.

If downloads were made after the renewal, the period counts as used and isn't refundable. Lifetime is a one-time payment and is refundable within 7 days of purchase provided nothing has been downloaded.

5.Account Management & Fair Use

5.1 Your account

  • You need an account to buy, subscribe or sell.
  • Keep your login details to yourself — anything done under your account is treated as done by you.
  • Give accurate details and keep them current, especially billing and payout information.
  • You can close your account at any time. Closing it doesn't refund a subscription period already paid for.

5.2 Fair use

A license covers one person. Sharing downloaded files with colleagues, clients, friends or family isn't permitted — everyone who needs the files needs their own license or membership. We treat automated abuse the same way: no scraping the marketplace or its listings, no scripted downloading, and no working around daily limits, payment processing or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, and remove content that infringes someone else's rights or breaches these terms.

6.Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If something looks wrong on a charge, contact us first — most disputes are a misunderstanding we can settle in a day.

  • Filing a chargeback suspends account access until it's resolved.
  • We respond to chargebacks with the evidence we hold, including purchase and download history.
  • Repeated or unfounded chargebacks can end in permanent termination, with purchased assets and memberships lost.

7.Intellectual Property

  • Assets. Authors keep copyright in their work. Buyers and members receive a license to use it, never ownership of it.
  • UIpick itself. The platform, its interface, brand and written content are ours, and can't be copied, reproduced or repurposed.
  • Infringement. If you believe something on UIpick infringes your rights, contact us with the detail and we'll investigate and remove anything that shouldn't be there.

8.Disclaimers & Liability

UIpick is provided "as is." We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't warrant that any given asset fits a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, UIpick isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9.Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes are subject to the courts of Riga, Latvia. If you're a consumer in the EU, this doesn't remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.

10.Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as UIpick changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and we'll give notice of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use UIpick after that means the updated terms apply to you.
